Ja koristim Proteus koji radi dobro simulacije na mikrokontrolerima PIC a predpostavljam da nece biti problena ni sa AVR.

Postoji jedan dobar simulator od naseg tvorca Vladimir Soso ali kosta ne puno 39e.
