Koliko se secam taj motor su testirali i gurali cak preko 1000 konja, naravno samo na testu. Mogu se naci ti podaci na netu.
Neki su grupu B nazivali i F1 za reli jer su se automobili tako i razvijali. Inace koristili su KKK turbine koje su se koristile na F1. Mnogi timovi su bili u direktnoj sprezi sa F1 timovima. Cak je Jean Todd iz Ferraria tada radio za Peugeot, kada je Peugeot dominirao.
