Jedan mi je čovik ovako odgovorija:

I think that the commutation begins when the current through the tunnel diode reach Ip.
The current going to the resistor R95 is (10-0.065)/(2000 + 500) = 4.026 mA

With the original diode, the current coming from R96 is thus 1 mA + 4.026 mA = 5.026 mA for commutation.
The peak value at the TP4 is thus of 0.065 + 0.005026 * (698+301) = 5.086 V

With the russian diode, the current coming from R96 is about 2mA + 4.026 mA = 6.026 mA
The peak value at the TP4 is thus of 0.065 + 0.006026 * (698+301) = 6.085 V
The amplitude of the triangular wave becomes bigger and thus the frequency is lowered !

Ima li ovo smisla, ispada ako smanjin struju kroz R95 da bi sa ruskima dobija tih 5mmA?
