<p>Evo jos jednog uni. smps-a Wink</p>
<p>Princip pobude je uzet iz PC napajanja</p>
<p>Pobudni trafo se uzima iz stedljive sijalice.</p>
<p>Njegovo jezgro ima i da se kupi (50din.),javite mi na p.p. ako vas zanima da ne reklamiram.</p>
<p>Na diode se stavljaju feritne perlice,one eliminisu zvonjavu (a time poboljsavaju pouzdanost i vek trajanja).</p>
<p>Dve diode na red,i u paraleli sa elkoom od 1uF stvaraju negativni napon za bazu.</p>
<p>330k sluzi za bias (start oscilacija).Tranzistore mozete koristiti iz PC napajanja.</p>
<p>Diode sluze za vracanje prenapona u bulk elko.</p>
<p>Frekvencija je 50kHz.</p>
<p>Nema vise sta da pricam,jer i nema vise elemenata Big Grin</p>

<p>Aco, kralju samooscilujući Big Grin, a gde su ti tu dva glupava mag-ampa da stabilišu izlazne napone?</p>

<p>Dva TL431, dva mag-amp, dva BC640, par dioda i par otpornika...</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Za pojačala je dovoljno da mag-ampovi stabilišu u okviru od 10-20V oko nominalnog napona.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Jedan mag amp može "obrađivati" 30-50W kao od šale.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>He,naravno,to je najmanji problem da se napravi.Za svaki napon po jedan.</p>
<p>To cu danas da napravim.</p>

<p>hi Aca this one of Uni SMPS is the simplest using CFL, i'll try the simple one.</p>
<p>here, my layout for PWM module only to make easy for me when assembly and learn.</p>

<p>Very good naf Wink</p>
<p>Try to equalise currents on power part (see my pcb)</p>
<p>And use separate line for E of lower transistor.(base drive must be separated from power part)</p>
<p>This is not PWM,this is Power module.</p>
<p><strong>Pay attention to primary and secondary safety margins (min. 5mm,better 7mm)</strong></p>

<p>Evo malko modifikovane seme,poboljsan je base drive,bas kao u atx.</p>
<p>Naravno danas je radio dva sata pod punim opterecenjem,i sa ventilatorom je tek mlak.Najvise se greje izlazna dioda.</p>
<p>Frekvencija rada je 50kHz.</p>
<p>Sutra cu da dodam stabilizaciju sa mag-amp-om.Inace zaboravih da kazem da je ovaj smps posvecen kolegama koji su saradjivali ovde na forumu i pravili moje smps-ove.Pozdrav za vas drustvo Wink</p>
